Day 1: Arrival in Negombo – The Gateway to the Island

  • The Experience: Spend the morning at Negombo Beach, watching the "Oruwa" (traditional outrigger canoes) return with their catch. Your City Tour will lead you through the Dutch Canal, a relic of colonial engineering, and the St. Mary’s Church, famous for its ceiling paintings.
